After having a truly terrifying experience at a car dealership in Kent, it was such a relief to find Geoff and Paula of Fratelli Cars, both equally passionate about their cars and their customer service values. After an initial call with Geoff, it was clear to see his enthusiasm and diligence over his cars and how important they value customer service. Speed of response, returning calls and emails, no problem too small. We came for a visit to view the car and the whole process felt special from the first meeting to the last. Their attention to detail spotted small cosmetic issues before we did, and even after the purchase, he spotted a tiny hairline crack in the light cluster, resulting is Geoff ordering a replacement cluster for a fitting later on for free, whereas most garages would just take the money and run. The difference we found is that Geoff and Paula value you and your custom, not just for this car but for future cars, any servicing requirements and MOT's. We used them to fit a tow bar, which they did better and cheaper than my local fitter. We are very very tempted to use Geoff for our servicing requirements albeit being 90 minutes away, as his team understand performance cars and this came out in the detailing and finish of the ceramic paint work on my new GLC 43. Such a rare find, we didn't haggle on price as the car looked brand new with one owner. I don't go for plastic surgery but I might need some as I can't stop smiling ! Thanks Geoff, thanks Paula.
