One of my most pleasurable car purchases. I normally prefer to spend as little time as possible with car dealers but spent a good couple of hours talking with Geoff. The vehicle itself was exactly as described and after-sales service and communications was top notch. Fratelli did everything they said they would when they said they would. What a Wonderful experience buying my Aston Martin from Geoff and Paula. Now that is how buying a Car should be. Friendly and warm time from arriving at the Barn to the time I drove away in the Aston. Coffee, biscuits and a very relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was to much trouble for them and did so much to help me while I was there. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a new car as these two people really care about customer service and doing anything for you if it helps. After having a truly terrifying experience at a car dealership in Kent, it was such a relief to find Geoff and Paula of Fratelli Cars, both equally passionate about their cars and their customer service values. After an initial call with Geoff, it was clear to see his enthusiasm and diligence over his cars and how important they value customer service. Speed of response, returning calls and emails, no problem too small. We came for a visit to view the car and the whole process felt special from the first meeting to the last. Their attention to detail spotted small cosmetic issues before we did, and even after the purchase, he spotted a tiny hairline crack in the light cluster, resulting is Geoff ordering a replacement cluster for a fitting later on for free, whereas most garages would just take the money and run. The difference we found is that Geoff and Paula value you and your custom, not just for this car but for future cars, any servicing requirements and MOT's. We used them to fit a tow bar, which they did better and cheaper than my local fitter. We are very very tempted to use Geoff for our servicing requirements albeit being 90 minutes away, as his team understand performance cars and this came out in the detailing and finish of the ceramic paint work on my new GLC 43. Such a rare find, we didn't haggle on price as the car looked brand new with one owner. I don't go for plastic surgery but I might need some as I can't stop smiling ! Thanks Geoff, thanks Paula.

Just had my Porsche Cayman S professionally detailed by Fratelli. What an amazing result! They have brought it back to showroom condition. I could not be happier. I took advantage of the special offer they are running at the moment which includes the Williams ceramic coating. Well worth the money. Reece is an absolute star. He really knows his stuff!

I had just come out of surgery when the Mercedes C300D came up on my Autotrader search. I placed the call almost immediately, and could tell Geoff had a real passion for his cars. Having not seen or driven the car I put my deposit down immediately; that was how confident I was with the service being provided just by one call. It wasnt until 2 weeks later I picked the car up (Post-op recovery, and work commitments). I had made the correct call, the car was spotless, well presented, and ready for me to do the paperwork and drive off. Paula was very efficient, and did all of the usual documentation, tax, warranties etc. I had part exchanged my BMW 530D and the transaction was a fair price, smooth, and without the usual niggling pert-ex reductions because of a scratch here and there. I left with a smile on my face and a very nice motor. Paula and Geof run a very tight ship, are welcoming, and you should be very confident in the service they provide. I suspect this might be the start of a very expensive relationship.

Picked up my new Range Rover from Geoff and Paula at the weekend and could not be happier. An excellent experience from two lovely people. From initial contact through to purchase, the level of service and the experience as a whole has been nothing but perfect... The attention to detail and obvious passion Geoff has for his business and cars is second to none, down to the finest of detail... I am a very happy customer and I would highly recommend Fratelli Cars!

I purchased said Porsche from Geoff (Frateli Cars) and Geoff pointed out to me that there was an intermittent fault with the instrument cluster. This had to be sent to a Porsche main dealer to be resolved before handing me the vehicle. Unfortunately for Geoff and Paula this became a bit of a mission as the replacement part had to be sent from Germany. This in itself led to several other problems !

1. The software for coding the instrument cluster had to be obtained from Germany.
2. A joint collaboration between Germany Porsche and UK Porsche to program/code the instrument cluster.
3. The Chrono plus Clock then developed a fault, this also had to be replaced.
4. The Fuel Pump had a suspected low voltage, but was instructed was working ok but Geoff instructed Porsche to replace anyway.
5. Porsche had only a single resource for all of the above work which didn’t help when said engineer went sick.

The process was delayed for over a month. I cannot express the words required on here to explain the lengths they went through to ensure this car was in first class condition. Geoff also went out of his way to decide to upgrade the audio system in the car free of charge. I never had to chase for updates, he regularly called me (not just during his business hours) but even late at night to discuss the latest updates from Porsche and the current situation. From all the car dealers I’ve ever dealt with in the past I must say I have never experienced at first hand the relationship he and his wife have given to me during this problematic situation we went through together. I will not forget this in anyway and would recommend to anyone to buy a car from them. Best regards to Geoff and Paula and a big thank to you for giving me such a great car. Your generosity and honesty will not be forgotten.

Finally got myself a nice car; courtesy of Geoff, Paula and the team. Was well looked after by Dan when I needed Audi TT assistance. When more money rolls in (in the future) I'll head there for my upgrade. Thanks for all your help!

Part exchanged my car for a McLaren, of which Geoff and Paula go above and beyond to ensure you feel comfortable and assist in the transaction. They arranged everything for me, from warranty to ceramic coating and sending me all receipts from both current and part exchanged car for reference. Highly recommend as they are trustworthy and make you feel comfortable. They do also add nice personal touches as well, which my wife and baby thank you for :)
