Meeting with Paula and Geoff was like a breath of fresh air. It is very unusual to meet honest, hard-working, reliable people in the motor trade. I have been searching for quite some time for a good quality, low mileage car when I stumbled upon Fratelli Cars. I had already found three cars on the usual websites however, not being in the country I had the RAC go and do a report on each car that I found of interest at £460 each time. I was quite upset by the reports considering that I can normally tell even on a telephone if somebody is telling me the truth. Two Range Rovers, and one cayenne. What a waste of money and time the pictures depicted very good cars, but in truth, I don’t believe one came with less than 100 faults. However, when I saw the advertisement for the S5 V8 Quattro Audi form Fratelli cars I decided to go myself what a relief it was to meet with Paula and Geoff the car was exactly what they said it was, and even exceeded my expectations, no Hard Sell , take your time look over the car read through all the invoices take it for a very long test drive. Wow, it was more than I ever expected. The perfect car for me, and with a warranty guarantee which I could extend for three years less than 74 pence a day I mean, where are you going to get three years extra warranty parts and labour for that money answer is nowhere. I highly recommend that before you purchase a secondhand car look at what Fratelli have to offer, because I guarantee it will be the best on the market full service history, low mileage exactly as advertised. Fratelli cars have some very good stock, fabulous cars are a family business, owned by truly honest people. Therefore, when starting looking for a car, I suggest you start at Fratelli cars. From the moment I first enquired about the car the customer service was second to none, then having seen the car in person and meeting Geoff, Paula & Reece they made me feel like part of the family, the car looked even better in the flesh immaculate, nothing was to much trouble, even on collecting the car Paula ensured everything was filled out from the V5, Tax, warranty and ceramic coating (a must as it makes the car look even better). When I come to upgrade Geoff will be getting the call I wouldn’t buy from anyone else, This is a passion and love from the family and it certainly shows.

After meeting Geoff and his wife Paula you can tell straight away that this family run business was more than your normal car dealership. They specialise in high performance cars and they definitely deliver a high performance customer service. I would like to have been purchasing one of there many luxury sports cars unfortunately for me I wasn’t I was buying a sensible hybrid, nevertheless I was treated like I was and that’s worth it’s weight in gold lovely genuine people! Will be back one day to buy the Porsche!! 

I had been looking for an Aston V8 Vantage S in Quantum Silver for about a year when one came up at Fratelli, only about 10 miles from home.  It seemed too good to be true so I went to test drive with my son with lowered expectations.  However, everything was spot one – the car the personal service, the documentation and subsequently the aftercare.  Just to highlight that the Fratelli level of service isn’t the norm in the car business, we test drove a new Jaguar I-Pace in Guildford a week later and they still haven’t even bothered to call us a month later.

Found your website and you had the exact car we were after. Made an appointment to view it and decided there and then that it was right for us. Car was immaculate apart from a tiny scuff on the alloy. Geoff was aware and stated that not only would this be corrected but all alloys would be refurbished to make sure they matched. I was struggling to find a car to replace my GT-R with. It had to be AWD and accelerate nearly as quickly and be smaller dimensionally and that's where the Audi TTRS ticks all the boxes. I kept looking out for TTRS's but I could never find one in the right colour combination with the correct history that had been cared for. Then one turned up on my doorstep and I called Fratelli cars and spoke to Geoff. As others have described, Geoff customer service is second to none and nothing was too much trouble. The car was immaculately prepared and I could pretty much drive it anywhere I wanted to for as long as I wanted to and Geoff was happy to answer any questions. All in all an enjoyable purchasing experience, I would and have recommended to others.

Dear Geoff, Thank you very much for a supreme car buying experience you have provided to us. We phoned you on Saturday morning, arrived to see the car and bought it a few hours later. We were allowed to examine the car for as long as we wanted (with a nice cuppa before taking it for a test drive). No pressure to buy. Car looked amazing and in a pristine condition. On the same day we drove away, came back two days later for an MOT and service which you kindly agreed to deliver. Whilst servicing our car - I was provided with a courtesy car. I will simply start this long list of positives off by saying Fratelli Cars is worth the trip, I’m saying this after making almost a 600 mile same day round trip to collect a beautiful BMW M3.

The service and hospitality was brilliant and the day couldn’t have gone any better, further to this and very kindly Geoff opened up on a Sunday to accommodate me.

Once you speak to Geoff you will realize that it’s more than just a business to him it’s a passion and that’s what made this more than just buying a car it was an experience and one you won’t forget. There are so many more reasons to use Fratelli Cars that I haven’t listed above as this would become a very long read.

The experience I had with Geoff was second to none, from the very first conversation I had with Geoff I knew it was more than a business to him!

I was a bit sceptical of buying a car during the COVID 19 pandemic without seeing the car in person but the service Geoff provided over the phone was brilliant and he went at my pace and wasn’t pushy as some car dealers are!

The Audi S3 I purchased is amazing and I love the drive and feel off it, I will be sure to pop down to visit Geoff and the garage once I have a spare day to travel down.

Just want to say a massive thank you for my beautiful car , I am over the moon with it . Purchased our VW Golf R from Fratelli a few weeks ago. I went into the buying process thinking that I would buy a car from a main dealer but saw this well spec’d model come up and looked mint in the photos so thought as it’s local why not have a look. My girlfriend and I went along to view and that’s where we met Geoff and his team, we were instantly impressed by just how clean and well prepared the car was and also the friendly, passionate and non pushy approach. We were given time to inspect the car and went for a nice test drive. We were due to see a car at a VW dealer in the afternoon who had already agreed a part ex price for my BMW and was priced the same as this car but in the end I believed this was such a well looked after example and with Geoffs sensible way of doing business we agreed on a deal that was fair and we agreed to take the car. The car had an MOT and oil service due, I really wanted it for the weekend and Geoff pulled the stops out to ensure it was MOT’d and serviced that day so I could collect it in the afternoon. We have loved the car in the 700 miles we’ve covered so far and it’s been faultless and like new to drive. As a bonus the car beads up beautifully in the rain so was detailed well prior to sale and the 12 month comprehensive warranty included was the cherry on top. We will keep the car for a couple of years and Fratelli will be our first stop to source a replacement car. Thank you to all of the team, a great local, family business.

Bought a Mercedes c250 convertible from Fratelli on 6th July and can’t be happier.

From the first phone call to Geoff up until I drove off in my new car he was a pleasure to work with. I called him on a Wednesday and said I can’t view the car till the Monday, he promised that he wouldn’t  take any other viewings until I got to see the car first, and he kept his word.
