I just want to say a massive thank you for going above and beyond. The R8 is amazing and I absolutely love it. The car is immaculate and the final detailing on it is superb. I really am living for the weekend. 

I have never met two more passionate car enthusiasts than you both before, from the minute I arrived and throughout the whole process you gave an unparalleled level of service. You are both so easy to get along with and to chat to, you know everything there is to know about all cars and the attention to detail is outstanding. It was two fun days of visiting and collecting...especially seeing James climb through the car window to get out of the transporter!

The service from you both was exceptional even after purchasing the car. 

You couldn’t have done more and nothing seemed too much, effortless is the word!

Dear Geoff, Thank you very much for a supreme car buying experience you have provided to us. We phoned you on Saturday morning, arrived to see the car and bought it a few hours later. We were allowed to examine the car for as long as we wanted (with a nice cuppa before taking it for a test drive). No pressure to buy. Car looked amazing and in a pristine condition. On the same day we drove away, came back two days later for an MOT and service which you kindly agreed to deliver. Whilst servicing our car - I was provided with a courtesy car. It was a very nice gesture of you to wash our car after the service! P.S. Geoff is a friendly, kind, funny and professional individual with excellent, exceptional customer service skills. If you are reading this testimony - you probably have found your dream car on his website. Do not hesitate to give him a ring and arrange a viewing. Geoff will dedicate his time to answer all you questions. His openness makes him stand out from other dealers. Geoff has got some amazing cars in his garage. Firstly we love our car! After searching for a Mercedes C43 for some time we the came across Fratelli cars and so glad we did, Geoff is so enthusiastic about all his cars he is not the standard sales man, he made us feel that we had known him forever! we also got to meet his lovely wife Paula who made us endless cups of coffee, i cannot recommend Fratelli cars highly enough, everything was an easy transaction Geoff had all paperwork done for us all we had to do was collect, if we ever want to purchase a new car again this is the place we will be visiting again.
