Outstanding service right from the get go, could not fault anything from Geoff and the team. I was looking for an upgrade from my A45 and was only by chance that my Dad was in the market for a new car also that I went along. Instantly glued to the GLE63s and bought it! A week later and thanks to Fratelli we have 2 new cars on the drive!  Geoff made sure everything was catered for and kept me updated every step of the process. Big credit to Reece for polishing the car up making it gleaming for collection. I really feel the team go the extra mile for all of their customers making everyone’s buying process special. They go above and beyond, even opening out of hours to fit my needs, nothing is too much!
